The North End has always been a special community in which businesses and residents closely coincide. As the business and property owners in the North End of Middletown, the NECD aims to create an environment that is successful in all the ways it makes it unique. With the growing number of businesses and property development, our aim is to become a pro-active community and professional resource to construct a prosperous location for all who enjoy it and for the overall well-being of our community.

Our mission is to make improvements within the neighborhood, to raise quality of life by helping other community members solve problems and prevent unwanted activities.
